Aaah! I’m so sick of my own writing! It all starts out really well...nice-sounding...well-organized...but it becomes vapid and boring after awhile. Argh. I think I’d better major in art or something besides writing.....
Anyway, yup, I'm working on a term paper right now. Any advice for surviving said paper would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to try outlining it in a more detailed manner. Like put interesting supporting facts/stories directly in the outline. Also, if it gets too boring, just cut the boring parts out.
I'm not sure you're giving your writing justice, though. I haven't really notice any of that happening in your posts on this blog...
Keep up the good work. Oh, and don't procrastinate on the term paper; it generally is like 500 times as hard when one does that.
